All the practices are a general level. During the led practices I offer alternatives for less experienced students and you can choose the duration of practice that suits your level.
No, the content will no longer be accessible after the 23 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to continue to get led practice support for your home practice there will be an opportunity at the end of the challenge to sign up for Home Yoga Practice Membership where you can continue to access a library of videos to support your home practice.
The challenge material and content is available for 23 days from the date of purchase. The idea is to start within a day or two of purchasing. There is an expiration date to encourage you to stay on target every day.
No, the $37 is non-refundable. This encourages you to stick with the challenge and create a life-changing habit.
From the day you register you can access all the suuport videos which will help you to prepare for the challenge. The led practice videos are drip fed, which means you can't jump ahead. From the day after you purchase the challenge, the first day's video will be available and each day after a new video will be released.
Yes, just email me at [email protected] and we can arrange an extension should you become unwell and can't complete the challenge or for other unexpected reasons. However, this clause is not an opportunity to simply extend access due to skipping days, being slack or lazy. The whole point of the challenge is to set yourself a 21 day goal and stick with it.
