After the FREE 7 Day Practice Program, you are going to be on a roll and want to keep it up. You can continue practicing with me with the Home Yoga Practice Membership

  • 30 minute 'How to Start a Home Practice' Video tutorial
  • How to make yoga props at home video tutorial
  • Worksheets to help you set intentions, goals and know why you are doing yoga... this is a key step to being motivated and making it happen

7 DAYS OF SUPPORT ON THE MAT every day you can choose from

  • 20-minute beginner led sequence
  • 30-45 minute intermediate led sequence
  • Restorative asana
  • Ask questions if you need more support
